Your First Appointment

A doctor's referral letter is not always necessary. Your first appointment will last approximately 40 minutes during which time we will discuss your condition and symptoms. It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing which allows access to the body part to be treated. Your first appointment will contain both assessment, treatment and an exercise programme to follow before your next session.
